On behalf of our client, international FMCG Company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of business developers and merchandisers
- Coaching, training and counselling of team members,
- Building and developing strong business relationships with existing channels, as well as identifying new business opportunities and new prospects on Serbian market,
- Managing corporate accounts at a national level and providing regular visits and contacts with all relevant customers and key stakeholders,
- Achieving the sales plans for the assigned region,
- Creating regular sales reports and follow up on sales activity,
- Monitoring of performance and development of each account and forecast future sales prospects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience (B2B Sales) in FMCG industry,
- Experience in team management,
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
- Self-driven, proactive and customer oriented personality,
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
