On behalf of our client, international FMCG Company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of business developers and merchandisers
  • Coaching, training and counselling of team members,
  • Building and developing strong business relationships with existing channels, as well as identifying new business opportunities and new prospects on Serbian market,
  • Managing corporate accounts at a national level and providing regular visits and contacts with all relevant customers and key stakeholders,
  • Achieving the sales plans for the assigned region,
  • Creating regular sales reports and follow up on sales activity,
  • Monitoring of performance and development of each account and forecast future sales prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience (B2B Sales) in FMCG industry,
  • Experience in team management,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Self-driven, proactive and customer oriented personality,
  • Excellent knowledge of English,
  • PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
