We are currently looking for experienced, analytical and highly motivated person for the position of Senior Director Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Main responsibility of the role is to lead the development and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model that extends the principles of S&OP throughout the supply chain, operations/product capabilities and footprint, customer portfolios /customer demand and strategic planning and to create, deliver and embed a seamless management planning process to enable organization to continually achieve focus and alignment among all functions.

As a result, it would allow strategic and tactical decision making related to balancing demand and supply; aligning volume and mix with capacity and capability; and integrating financial and operating plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved operating and financial results.
Well embedded IBP process will enable leadership team to continually re-plans on a rolling 36-month horizon (inclusive of a short term - 13 week to a long term 36 months perspective). Process should be mainly driven by demand in the marketplace — not just internal supply chain priorities and would assume/require full involvement and regular participation of the entire leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribution to the development of BBP AMEA region strategy, alongside the Leadership Team
  • - Enable strategic and tactical decision making related to balancing demand and supply.
  • - Align volume and mix with capacity and capability and integrate financial and operating plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved operating and financial results.
  • - Long-term strategic planning for the BBP AMEA Supply Chain function along with management and control of the whole AMEA region Supply and Demand Department ensuring that functional KPIs are met. 
- Sales and inventory operational planning (macro and micro).
- Effectiveness and efficiency of distribution including logistics, packaging and warehousing..
- Participation in transformational activities to ensure highest process quality and efficiency, lowest cost to serve leveraging on shared service capability 
- Thought leadership for Supply Chain initiatives, & communication within BBP AMEA and the Ball group.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Developing the long-term AMEA IBP strategic plan, aligned with both Ball group and BBP AMEA strategic plans.
- Overseeing and reporting on the BBPE IBP annual budget and forecast and identifying areas for consolidation or investment that will deliver long-term cost benefits and/or strengthen customer and supplier relationships, while reducing risk to BBP AMEA as a whole.
- Identifying areas for improved cost efficiency within Customer Fulfilment.
- Liaising with the Key Account, Operations and Planning Director to ensure that high-level sales forecasts are aligned with operational capacity.
Customer Satisfaction
- Responsibility for overall supply chain across all of BBP AMEA using One Ball principles to work with Sales & Marketing and Operations.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction KPIs within BBP AMEA and working with Sales and Business Development to develop strategies to enhance customer relationships an drive overall customer satisfaction and experience.

Planning
- Lead the SIOP process – current, rolling year and Y+3.
- Drive BBP AMEA Stock build policy to ensure that the current stock profile is achieved to service the peak business profile.
- Monitoring the accuracy of sales and operations micro planning by working with the Sales and reporting on accuracy KPIs as and when required.
- Developing long-term initiatives to improve sales and operations planning accuracy; liaising with the Sales and Operations to create information flow strategies.
Logistics (covering Distribution, Packaging and Warehousing)
- Deliver BBP AMEA logistics strategies and agreeing escalation points.
- Setting and agreeing logistics cost optimization targets with the Logistics teams and monitoring regularly.
- Selecting the best sourcing options for freight, packaging and warehousing to optimize both service and costs.
Business Excellence
- Drive creation, alignment and build capability to enable implementation of an integrated collection of leading practices for how business should operate to become the best in class.
Graphics & Design
- Ensure the provision of aligned ‘fit for purpose’ graphics & design capability, process, expertise and facilities leveraging on existing and capabilities within and across regions.
- Participate in creating strategy for graphics process improvement and capability development
- Determine the best sourcing options for graphics and work load balancing across BBP AMEA.

Order Management
- Drive “One Standard way of working” throughout the process.
- Ensuring accuracy of order timelines and achieving the agreed high level of customer satisfaction in the area of order fulfilment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Oversee freight, warehousing and packaging costs across the region. Understanding any variances to budget / forecast, finding and implementing mitigation plans where necessary using One Ball principles and One way of working.
Supplier Management & Development
- Ensure close relationship with Ball Global Sourcing to identify long-term supplier opportunities and risks for the BBP AMEA.
Team Leadership
- Drive people engagement and development and ensure talent succession of the supply chain teams across the AMEA region.
- Establish and monitor Supply Chain KPIs and drive improvement.
- Ensure clear communication and escalation paths exist for customer fulfilment risks, issues and opportunities.
Risk Management
- Overall responsibility for early identification of high-level supplier risks that could impact customer relationships and the ability to fulfill goals and objectives, deliver targets and carry out functional responsibilities across BBP AMEA.
Qualifications:

This is exclusively collaborative role and besides appropriate experience and proven track record would require a right set of personal skills and preferences to ensure high level of collaboration and coordination since the role will work across multiple functions to ensure full engagement and equal contribution and ownership making the key contribution to the success of our business.

- Bachelor-level qualification in an Engineering or Business discipline
- Master-level qualification in relevant field is a strong advantage
- Strong operational experience in leadership roles in a complex manufacturing multinational (cross country/region ) and customer-focused environments is essential
- Comprehensive experience and thorough understanding of the high performing, technology driven efficient manufacturing operations is a significant plus.
- Proven and successful track record in leading dispersed teams and customers across multiple locations and cultures/languages
- Strong experience operating in a cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels
- Successful and demonstrable performance in leading roles in lean driven, agile and improvement focused cultures
- Great sense of priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Analytical and strategic orientated mind set
- Strong ethics and uncompromised integrity driven people and culture builder


The role will report directly to the President of AMEA region and will require significant travel time mainly across AMEA region.
