On behalf of our client, successful civil engineering company, we are looking for a professional to fill in the following position:

• Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will be responsible for the organization of day to day operation of the Company;
• Executing the annual strategic and financial plans; 
• Ensuring the compliance with the company’s operational systems, procedures and policies;
• Working with both private and public clients as well as partners and subcontractors in various civil projects;
• Coordinating the company’s current projects and project team: scheduling and assigning work, defining tasks, setting objectives, providing feedback on performance and motivate;
• Operating the company’s own project management software; 
• Preparing and/or reviewing project plans, technical specifications, contract documents and progress reports;
• Participating in the preparation of proposals, presentations, project coordination meetings and maintaining client contacts;
• Assuring that the company team complies with the contract agreements and implement projects within the budget.

• University degree in Civil Engineering;
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in management of engineering design and/or supervision projects;
• Experience in leading and motivating a team of engineers;
• Experience in strategic and financial planning for the company would be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in market-oriented operation is an advantage;
• Design license - Engineering Chamber of Serbia: 315 (Responsible designer for roads, railways and airports);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Creative and proactive professional with excellent problem solving skills;
• Good/Excellent knowledge of the English language;
