Ball Corporation is currently looking for a self-initiated and motivated person for the position:

Responsibilities:

Work with predetermined recruiting agencies to ensure a continuous supply of top talent. Responsible for developing and executing an effective and consistent hiring manager and candidate experience to ensure predetermined expectations are being met throughout the scope of the recruitment process.

 

Reports to: Global Talent Acquisition Manager, located in Denver, Colorado, US

 

• Works with agencies to determine and execute the most efficient and effective recruiting plan for each individual role, whether in Global Business Services, or a co-located opportunity;

• Participates in organization and execution of recruitment and selection process within the Company, mainly for Belgrade GBS office, but also throughout Europe and AMEA region;

• Participates in preparation of job post and all other necesery documentation for recruitment process;

• Builds and maintains internal recruitment base by updating data on candidates;

• Finds new recruiting solutions when the process is not going forward;

• Organizes and conducts in-house trainings related to recruitment for hiring managers;

• Gathers information on salary ranges and other comp.&ben. information from relevant HR Manager;

• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;

• Has an ongoing working relationship with HR, and hiring managers to understand the future needs of the business based on forecasted growth.

Qualifications:

• University degree;

• Minimum 4 years of experience on similar position in international environment;

• Demonstrated experience using resume databases, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent;

• Past history of filling hard to fill roles that required using nontraditional recruiting resources and/or heavy pipelining;

• Past history of working independently in a satellite office environment preferred;

• Past history of recruiting in roles through Europe preferred;

• Consultative approach to partnering and collaborating with TA HR, and Hiring Managers;

• Documented history of strategic, proactive recruiting;

• Ability to apply standard independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of recruiting techniques, procedures and criteria;

• Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner. Performs such individual assignments as management may direct;

• Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct;

• Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge and skills;

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously maintaining high performance level;

• Ability to communicate effectively with wide range of positions within company, from VP to assistant level;

• Ability to train and coach others;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• Excellent analytical and process skills;

• Customer focused individual;

• Good negotiation skills;

• Excellent knowledge of English language

• Good Computer skills and experience utilizing an ATS
