Responsibilities:

• Coordination of project activities and aligning activities with other departments;
• Coordination of local engineering projects, also in cooperation with external companies;
• Insuring that plant’s production, aux equipment and buildings are effectively maintained;
• Creation of standard operating procedures and improvement of manufacturing processes;
• Implementation of best business practices from other locations;
• Focus on height changes and diameter changes improvements by 5S and LEAN standards;
• Taking part in cost optimization process;
• Planning and execution of technical trainings (internal and external).

Qualifications:

• University degree in mechanical engineering;
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in production environment;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent English language;
• Computer skills: MS office, internet environment, preferable SAP knowledge.
