Location: GBS Belgrade

The essential purpose of this function is to provide support to our business in AMEA region in domain of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Metal and FX Hedge Management, and Reporting Systems.


Reporting to: Head of AMEA Finance Planning & Analysis, based in Dubai
 

Responsibilities:
  • Management of the regional FP&A team;
  • Lead the Regional:

                Monthly and Quarterly Reporting

                Balance sheet and Cash flow management

                Annual Operating Plans and Forecasts

  • Treasury Management – Metal & FX Hedge;
  • Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records;
  • Maintenance of  comprehensive set of controls;
  • Perform relevant Metal & FX hedge analysis;
  • Present hedging proposals at relevant forums;
  • Ensure Hedge documentation is properly maintained;
  • Strengthen internal & SOX controls and help in improving processes;
  • Key support for Reporting and Forecasting systems ;
  • System and process champion of Essbase (Hyperion), HFM & Financial Forecasting System (BIPS);
  • Complete other projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned. 
Qualifications:
  • University degree in finance area;
  • Professional certification or in the process of obtaining one (ACCA, CIMA…);
  • 7 – 10  years of experience in FP&A in international production environment; Last role should be in FP&A area;
  • Excellent knowledge of SOX and US GAAP;
  • Experienced in SAP environment; 
  • Experience in multicultural matrix environment, working with stakeholders remotely;
  • Experience in managerial position leading a team and strong team work orientation;
  • Analytical and detail oriented person;
  • Proactive individual with strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft office (advanced Excel); Hyperion/HFM knowledge will be considered as advantage.
The work week will be Monday to Friday with flexibility required to align with Dubai Regional Office working days.
This role requires periodical travel to Dubai office.
