Atlas Copco Customer Center in Serbia, based in Belgrade, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join Compressor Technique Business Area, which provides industrial compressors, gas and process compressors and expanders, air and gas treatment equipment and air management systems. The role will be part of Compressor Technique Equipment Sales department and will report to National Sales Manager.

Atlas Copco Customer Center in Serbia, based in Belgrade, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join Compressor Technique Business Area, which provides industrial compressors, gas and process compressors and expanders, air and gas treatment equipment and air management systems. The role will be part of Compressor Technique Equipment Sales department and will report to National Sales Manager.

Mission

To provide an organized back office sales support service to aid the sales team in achieving its sales targets. Another important aspect of the role is supporting National Sales Manager with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions, and tools, optimization of the organization and training of distributors and other employees. The third pillar of the role is the communication planning and implementation, the support of marketing campaigns from admin perspective and the sales' events organization and coordination.

These will be your tasks

  • Provide practical support for the sales operation on a daily basis to all Sales people, ensuring that they are all equipped with the necessary data, reports and specialized contract/quotation support to sustain an efficient generation of sales leads.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager and the sales team with specific reports, data and basic administration, aiming to reinforce the generation of more sales leads.
  • Monitor the market and competition. Gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market.
  • List potential customers by product segment. Share information about new potential business with other colleagues and management. Identify areas of growth.
  • Create action plans with the identified time required and cost. Follow up and report on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate specific marketing initiatives of the Sales Organization.
  • Provide focused sales and campaign support both to direct and indirect channels.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and update of all Sales and Marketing Portals.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of company communication activities, such as exhibitions, customer seminars, campaigns, PR activities, customer/distributors opinion surveys.
  • Maintain territory management/sales databases.
  • Website content administration and improvement, including Search Engine optimization (on Google); AdWords (Google paid advertising) via external companies. Social media support (Facebook or/and similar).Create a solid expectancy process/forecast comparing it with the actual
Qualifications:

Education, knowledge and experience required

  • University degree in Technical science
  • 1 - 2 years in B2B sales or marketing related roles.
  • PC literate (including MS Office, experience in working with Adobe creative programs and preferably also with web publishing programs).
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
