Foundation SOS Children’s Villages Serbia is non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to the welfare of children and strengthening of families and communities. Their work is aimed to the wellbeing of children and the creation of permanent improvement of the conditions in which children live.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Implements a fundraising plan to raise sponsorship money from small and medium enterprises,
• Collects fundraising resources through innovative and creative channels and campaigns,
• Maintains existing and build new sponsor relationships through effective communication and converting new sponsors into committed supporters through identification of shared goals and values,
• Monitors competition in corporate fundraising, market development, as well as legal regulation related to fundraising (tax exemption, data protection, etc.) and economic development (cost increases, economic growth, etc.) in the country,
• Monitories, evaluates and analysis each fundraising activity, and ensuring that they are in accordance with organization’s plan and policy,
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the relevant parts of the business plan and for achieving set and agreed goals related to the amounts of funds collected from small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Supports and coordinates SOS programs in their local fundraising activities, such as the collection of donations in products,
• Engaged to raise funds for the work of SOS Children's Village Kraljevo and other SOS programs in the country, in accordance with the Business Plan and the order of the President and Managing Board of the Foundation SOS Children's Village of Serbia.

Requirements:

• University degree in social and organizational sciences (economy, law, management),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in NGO, or experience in Direct Sale, PR or Marketing,
• Innovative and creative individual with strong organization skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to build strong relations with people at all levels,
• Strong customer orientation and result driven individual,
• Fluency in English,
• Excellent computer literacy,
• Driver’s license: B category.
