On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, records management, employee and labor relations,
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans,
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development,
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies,
  • Undertake tasks in performance management,
  • Administer associated employee’s paperwork and ensure personnel files are up-to-date and have relevant information filed,
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems,
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in social sciences, 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR in general,
  • Excellent knowledge of domestic laws and regulations related to employment, 
  • Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Fluency in English,
  • PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
