On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, records management, employee and labor relations,
- Administer compensation and benefit plans,
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development,
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies,
- Undertake tasks in performance management,
- Administer associated employee’s paperwork and ensure personnel files are up-to-date and have relevant information filed,
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems,
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Qualifications:
- University degree in social sciences,
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR in general,
- Excellent knowledge of domestic laws and regulations related to employment,
- Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Fluency in English,
- PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
