On behalf of our client, successful international company in domain of real estate, we are looking for proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:
  • Selling premium residential offering and achieving sales targets
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring high quality customer service
  • Creating a database of prospective customers and screening the market for new target groups of apartment buyers
  • Establishing and maintaining quality relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Ensuring effective management of assigned and acquired leads
  • Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet target objectives
  • Performing any related duties and special project tasks as requested by Head of Sales
Qualifications:
  • Proactive sales experience
  • Strong client relationship management and ability to build great network of potential clients
  • Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who can perform well both individually and as part of a team
  • Outstanding presentation and sales skills
  • Superior communication abilities
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude and energy
  • Open for traveling and flexible working hours
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
