On behalf of our client, successful international company in domain of real estate, we are looking for proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Selling premium residential offering and achieving sales targets
- Identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring high quality customer service
- Creating a database of prospective customers and screening the market for new target groups of apartment buyers
- Establishing and maintaining quality relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Ensuring effective management of assigned and acquired leads
- Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet target objectives
- Performing any related duties and special project tasks as requested by Head of Sales
Qualifications:
- Proactive sales experience
- Strong client relationship management and ability to build great network of potential clients
- Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can perform well both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding presentation and sales skills
- Superior communication abilities
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and energy
- Open for traveling and flexible working hours
- Fluency in English is mandatory
