On behalf of our client, leading international company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:
  • Manages HR Shared Services organization which is currently delivering services to multiple countries and to multiple companies from shared services center in Belgrade
  • Monitors business and users' needs, expectations and key business drivers while striving for high performance, strong user and business focus and service oriented culture
  • Defines and/or implements/maintains and continuously enhances standard operational processes and productivity
  • Defines/applies global KPIs and deploys KPI/based service performance monitoring
  • Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization incl. the delivery center organization
  • Steadily ensures high quality results of the services assigned and strict compliance to law and regulations of the personnel administrative processes
  • Acts as the main point of contact for company liabilities with external Institutions (e.g. Social Security, Insurances, Labor Tax Department, etc.) and makes sure compulsory documentation is always accurate and updated in case of external Audit
  • Plays a key role in driving HR transformation through simplification, standardization and bundling of processes, digitalization of administrative transactions, up-skilling of core administrative/people management skills, support to globalization of core activities (Global DC)
  • Drives and/or supports development, implementation and improvement of global IT HR solutions
  • Coordinates and/or liaises with external service providers and monitors their performance against respective SLAs
  • Manages special projects including carve-in and carve-outs
  • Decides on personnel resource allocation and is responsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams and projects
  • Experience in managing HR Operations in a delivery center
  • Good knowledge of HR/People Management core processes
  • Knowledge of assigned region’s labor laws and fiscal and social security regulations
  • Intercultural experience and ability to contribute within structured international teams
  • English language proficiency, written and verbal
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Extraordinary soft skills (conflict management)
  • Excellent change management and project management skills
  • Proven process/lean management skills
  • Experience with HR systems and SAP Finance system
