Responsibilities:
- Development and realization of plans and measures in the areas of personnel recruiting and personnel support;
- Implementation and development of human resources programs and policies in line with the parent company’s corporate vision;
- Creation and realization of personnel management processes;
- Administer compensation and benefit plans;
- Independent handling of the recruitment process;
- Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development;
- Undertake tasks in performance management;
- Administer associated employee’s paperwork and ensure personnel files are up-to-date and have relevant information filed;
- Provide support to employees and executives in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems;
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
- Close cooperation with headquarter in Germany including the report of KPIs.
Qualifications:
- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in production environment;
- Strong knowledge of domestic laws and regulations related to employment;
- Analytical mind-set, ability to work in a structured, systematic and deadline-focused way;
- Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP preferably;
- Fluency in English.
