On behalf of our client, international company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Providing an efficient and quality reception service and answer general queries by telephone, email, post and maintain office supplies of stationery etc.
- Providing administration support to GM
- Assisting HR with policies, procedures and administration
- Delivering day-to-day administration function activities to facilitate the smooth running of office and field operations
- Booking hotel and airport transfer reservations for visitors
- Processing of time sheets for staff and preparation of summary reports
- Create purchase requisition through SAP and purchase orders for the business
- Organizing team building
- Registering gifts and premiums for employees
- Doing translations
- Organizing maintenance and registration for the car fleet
Qualifications:
- Administration experience within an international team
- Knowledge of Serbian employment law is preferred
- Advanced English is a mandatory
