Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • Managing recruitment and selection process, and maintaining a smooth onboarding process,
  • Administer associated employee’s paperwork and ensure personnel files are up-to-date and have relevant information filed,
  • Provide support to employees and executives in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems,
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program,
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews; Identifying areas that require improvement, 
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout HR management,
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance,
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Qualifications:
  • University degree,
  • At least five years of experience in HR area,
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment law,
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills,
  • Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities,
  • Strong PC skills,
  • Fluent knowledge of English, other languages are considered as an advantage.
