Responsibilities:

• Support Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) activities in all processes
• Provides lean manufacturing methods & principles
• Plans, designs, implements and supports efficient manufacturing processes
• Ensures the availability and use of proper time values and rules for production planning and product calculation
• Implementation of Standard working times according to REFA methodology
• Promotion of 5S culture
• People and sector management

 

Qualifications:

• University degree (Technical faculty)
• Arround 3 years of relevant working experience in production environment
• People management experience
• Result orientation
• Fluent in English
