On behalf of our client, of Rio Sava Exploration and the Jadar project, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

• Working on the implementation of new standard applications and providing ongoing maintenance of global standards and best practice;
• Building of RT machines per RT standard using SEO packages and SCCM console;
• Building of mobile phones for the users including installation of corporate applications and accounts on mobile phones;
• Investigating and diagnosing network problems;
• Collecting IT usage statistic;
• Managing back-up, security and passwords;
• Tracking and maintaining internal hardware assets and inventory;
• Maintaining procedures and configurations;
• Providing business context to Accenture support team to set proper priorities on incidents and requests resolution;
• Promoting the use of standards RT project recommended information services explaining the benefits of the global goals initiatives and ensuring aligning with RTB architecture;
•  
• Ensuring that RTB Serbia users are trained in new technologies and Rio Tinto standards to ensure benefits from best practices are well developed on Jadar project;
• Assisting RTB Serbia team to adopt IS&T best practice and to ensure compliance.

• Minimum Bachelor degree studies in University of Computer Sciences or related fields;
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of  experience in similar position;
• Experience in working with Microsoft IS&T systems
• Computer literacy should include advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems and software packages;
• Understanding of RDBMS and web based technologies;
• Self-motivated person who is able to work well autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Good communications skill in order to ascertain requirements and deliver results;
• Strong report writing skills with excellent knowledge of server management and Windows environment;
• MTA (IT Infrastructure) or MCSA (Windows Server and Windows 10) are desirable;
• Fluency in written and spoken Serbian and English
