Responsibilities:
•    Preparing, booking and tracking invoices in line with US GAAP & IFRS. Ensuring precise monthly/quarterly reconciliations with customers, controlling of payment terms, issuing necessary credit/debit notes.
•    Responsible for effective communication with Shared Services Center and initiating the updates/corrective actions in order to increase the efficiency within affiliates.
•    Responsible for financial analysis preparation on regular and ad hoc basis and presentation in adequate format in order to ensure proper management decisions. 
•    Dealing with more complex aspects of work in the Accounting department, preparing the full sets of instructions, templates and reports in accordance to provide high level of service to the business needs. Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, procedures and controls as well as aligning accounting entries in line with IFRS and US GAAP requirements in order to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
•    Preparing reconciliations of the ledgers in order to identify unusual or overdue items, detect potential accounting issues and propose corrective action to the Supervisor/Manager Accounting/Controller in order to ensure high quality internal controls.
 

Qualifications:
•    University Degree in the area of Finance, Economy or Business Management and Administration 
•    Relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting, preferable 2+ years 
•    Fluency in English
•    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Experience in using financial systems (SAP or similar)
•    Experience in working in international companies is considered as an advantage
