On behalf of our client, Ideal Standard and for their Representative office in Belgrade, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Market Development Manager – North Region

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Head of the Representative Office in aim to establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly plans and schedule own activities so these targets will be met;
  • Assisting in organizing high impact market promotions and other initiatives to support business growth in the region and deliver technical information, advertising materials, catalogs and samples to customers;
  • Focusing on retail network development, providing training, educations;
  • Monitoring the Point of Sales (POS) on the market – develop, maintain and constantly update POS map including ISI presence;
  • Developing and implement product propositions to POS;
  • Maintaining the existing retail customer network and works on increasing it;
  • Supporting project business in his region and liaises with the direct manager;
  • Collecting market information, monitor and analyze market trends and competitors activities and identification of improvement opportunities;
  • Required to travel within Serbia and abroad to carry out duties;
Qualifications:
  • University degree, technical direction is an advantage;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in sales of construction materials or bathroom/kitchen equipment is preferable;
  • Customer-focused person;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-assured and result-driven person;
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Fluency in English;
