On behalf of our client, a successful, Production Company based in Belgrade, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

• Assist Sales managers to improve their business and financial acumen in the organization,
• Analysis and improvement of sales processes within the company,
• Control of sales processes on a monthly and quarterly level,
• Analysis of sales (by different categories such as products, customers, etc. ), rebates and distribution costs,
• Creation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports in accordance with local management requirements, as well as the requirements of the Group,
• Participation in the creation of the annual sales budget.

• University degree,
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling area in FMCG industry,
• In-depth understanding of sales processes,
• Ability to think strategically with high analytical capability,
• Strong PC skills,
• Experience with SAP and BI system would be considered as an advantage,
• Fluency in English.
