On behalf of our client HAVI Logistics, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Procurement Specialist

Location: Leštane

Responsibilities:

Position goal: Controlling the procurement activities in order to maintain optimal stock and satisfaction of the client’s demands.

• Controlling and managing the level of stock by providing an optimal stock of goods and eliminating the possibility of "out of stock" situations
• Controlling all data related to ordering process, as well as the timely and accurate processing of client's orders in ILOS
• Solving all problems related to the ordering process mainly through communication with the supplier or the customer's authorized person
• Gathering relevant data and preparing reports in accordance with the business needs
• Monitoring all customer's promotional activities
• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
• University degree (preferably in Economics area)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of the English language
• PC literacy (Excel, Word)
