On behalf of our client, Henkel, we are looking for an proactive professional to fill in the following position: Object Sales Representative.
Location: Belgrade.
Responsibilities:

Sales on construction objects and coordination of whole process
-
Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with craftsmen, construction companies, investors and project bureaus

Support our key partner (Distributor/Retail) sell-out
-
Negotiating tenders/objects and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Pre-Sales and After-Sales technical assistance to Customers

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Qualifications:
-
Preferably University degree
-
Previous sales experience in Construction industry

Preferable technical and building materials knowledge
-
Excellent sales, communication & presentation skills
-
Team working ability and flexible/proactive personality
-
Analytical and problem solving skills
-
Good PC skills and driving license
