On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management, we are looking for positive, flexible and team-oriented individuals to fill in the following position:

  • Promptly responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, letter, or social media

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and reducing possible customer dissatisfaction

  • Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using all available resources

  • Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers

  • Generating customer interest in the services or products offered by the company

  • Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services

  • Excellent knowledge of  German and French language

  • Very good interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • High level of flexibility and welcoming attitude towards change/improvements

  • A persuasive, approachable and friendly telephone manner 

  • Very good PC skill and good technical knowledge
