On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Defining and executing appropriate sales strategies that effectively leverage business competitive position;
  • Leading a highly motivated sales organisation that provides clear career progression and experiences low attrition;
  • Forecasting, planning and seeking approval for company sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis;
  • Defining sales strategy for both new customer acquisition and existing customer retention;
  • Designing team appropriate objectives across three teams under management;
  • Supporting and driving any process automation/improvement that maybe required to improve efficiency of team;
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement;
  • Identifying and solving client issues strategically;
  • Analysing pipeline and lead data tools to ensure effective sales planning.
Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration required (MBA preferred);
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management;
  • Team management of 20+ people;
  • Mature sales leader with an ability to manage teams across geographical borders;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively;
  • Dynamic, flexible, hungry sales leader, with a natural flair to engage and inspire teams;
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations;
  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture;
  • Proven business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems;
  • Strong operational individual with the ability to leverage a broader organisation to deliver their leads KPIs.
