On behalf of our client, successful international company Ipan BPM d.o.o., we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

• Managing of or participating in Quality and Safety Projects
• Creating, reviewing and adjusting documentation in close collaboration with process owners
• Managing documented information and enhancing integration in operational workflows
• Performing QM and IS awareness programs
• Conducting QMS and ISMS Audits and Process Audits
• Coordinating quality issues, IS incidents and requests
• Consolidating, analysing and reporting on QM/ISM performance data.

• University degree
• Experience with QMS and/or ISMS is required
• Experience in Project Management roles
• Strong attention to details, and methodical approach to work
• Customer orientation with strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving individual with analytical ability and techniques
• Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office suite and flow charting software (e.g. Lucidchart)
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
