Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day to day functions of the Finance, Human Resources, and Legal department;
- Manage all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, while ensuring compliance with Serbian GAAP;
- Manage and conduct internal controlling as well as all financial and legal audits;
- Create and present financial reports to the CFO in an accurate and timely manner;
- Manage and guide all personnel issues, employee relations in the organization and safe & secure work issues;
- Manage all import and export procedures in accordance with both domestic and foreign legislation;
- Participate in HR initiatives and remain up to date on best practices, laws, and regulations;
- Work with IT specialists to develop and implement new processes and systems that increase financial and operational efficiencies;
- Support the Plant Director in the development and controlling of the other plant departments;
- Participate or lead specific company projects or assignments depending on the business processes and strategy.
Qualifications:
- University degree (Faculty of Economics or similar);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in an international production environment;
- Financial management experience with a broad knowledge of other business departments and their functions;
- Excellent people management and communication skills;
- An analytical person with strong attention to details;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Strong PC skills.
