Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordination of development activities on the company level;
  • Plan, create and implement all activities related to employee development and education;
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures to support all aspects of learning processes within the company;
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the development program in order to improve the current one;
  • Participate in the creation, planning, and monitoring of a company's education budget;
  • Coordinate communication with external suppliers in order to adequately deliver training programs for employees;
  • Provide an assessment of the current needs for systematic planning and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Ensure that training program documentation is properly completed.
Qualifications:
  • University degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing people development activities;
  • Quickly learns and constantly works on personal and others' personal development;
  • Focused on business needs and efficient in solving various requests and challenges;
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Independent and self-initiative person;
  • Strong PC skills;
  • Fluency in English.
