Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination of development activities on the company level;
- Plan, create and implement all activities related to employee development and education;
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to support all aspects of learning processes within the company;
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the development program in order to improve the current one;
- Participate in the creation, planning, and monitoring of a company's education budget;
- Coordinate communication with external suppliers in order to adequately deliver training programs for employees;
- Provide an assessment of the current needs for systematic planning and make recommendations for improvement;
- Ensure that training program documentation is properly completed.
Qualifications:
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in managing people development activities;
- Quickly learns and constantly works on personal and others' personal development;
- Focused on business needs and efficient in solving various requests and challenges;
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality;
- Independent and self-initiative person;
- Strong PC skills;
- Fluency in English.
