Due to the significant business growth, we are seeking dynamic, motivated candidates looking for a new challenge to progress their career within Gi Group. This role is ideal for those interested in the opportunity to contribute to the acquisition of new business through strong sales activity and regional overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing new and nurture existing business relationships with clients
  • Building, encouraging and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Generating leads through effective management of the sales process
  • Managing the full sales process: scheduling meetings with the clients, preparing proposals and negotiating terms and conditions, following up and closing the sale
  • Monitoring market conditions and services development
  • Supporting an effective tender submission and collaborating with the Management and Regional Tender team to developing and communicating the winning strategy for the tender
  • Develop and maintain an effective and collaborative interface with clients throughout the tender process
Qualifications:
  • Very good knowledge of HR trends and practices and strong knowledge of the HR market in Serbia  
  • Experience in corporate settings and a strong emphasis on business development
  • Commercial awareness and the desire and capacity to learn new skills
  • Innovative and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
  • University degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Excellent PC skills
  • Driver’s license
