The standard working hours for this position are 8 hours daily within a 24/7 rotation on a previously agreed basis. Candidates are expected to be able to work all 4 shifts as required.

  • Respond to the customer requests in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers to resolve issues 
  • Build a sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • High school or University degree
  • Experience on a similar role would be an advantage 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Problem solver with strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems and practices
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of English
