Due to the significant business growth, we are seeking dynamic, motivated candidates looking for a new challenge to progress their career within Gi Group. This role is ideal for those interested in the opportunity to contribute to the acquisition of new business through strong sales activity and regional overall growth strategy.

• Identifying potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs with the focus on temporary staffing solutions
• Developing a long-lasting relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Generating leads through effective management of the sales process
• Managing the full sales process: scheduling meetings with the clients, preparing proposals and negotiating terms and conditions, following up and closing the sale
• Monitoring market conditions and services development
• Supporting an effective tender submission and collaborating with the Management and Regional Tender team to developing and communicating the winning strategy for the tender
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the area of temporary staffing solutions
• Very good knowledge of HR trends and practices and strong knowledge of the HR market in Serbia  
• Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose tailor-made solutions for clients
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• A result-oriented individual with the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
• Fluent knowledge of English and Excellent PC skills
• Driver’s license
