Due to the significant business growth of Gi Group HR Solutions, we have an outstanding opportunity in our team, and we are looking for a proactive and reliable person for the position of Business Assistant.

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Performing other clerical administration duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Acting as the first point of contact and performing some of the personal assistant tasks for the General Manager
  • Working closely with the administration and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of the business, including the maintenance of office stock and supplies and regular database updates
  • At least one year of work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Good PC skills
