On behalf of our client, well known international service providing company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes);
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance;
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals;
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates;
  • Managing relations with partners such as Job portals and Recruitment agencies ;
  • Together with the recruitment team manage the process of candidates sourcing through advertising, database, networking, and direct search;
  • Screening, interviewing (competency-based) and short-listing potential candidates;
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure an accurate response to client needs. 
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant);
  • Experience in coordinating team and projects;
  • Strong organizational and team management skills;
  • Capable of dealing with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently;
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure;
  • Fluency in English.
