On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
 

Responsibilities:

 

•    Being in the first point of contact for customers inquiries with regards to documentation;
•    Being the first point of contact for customers inquiries with regards to sales orders status, delivery times and any other delivery related requests;
•    Processing and organizing information and documentation (requesting, archiving and managing various documents and forwarding them to customers and suppliers);
•    Handling the order entry process as well as monitoring of on-time deliveries;
•    Supporting in administrative and regulatory matters, e.g. in the provision or processing of Quality and Supply Agreements for customers and suppliers;
•    Acting as an engaging partner externally with customers and suppliers as well as internally, as an interface between sales, field offices, logistics and the quality department.
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree (Pharmaceutical Degree will be considered as an advantage);
•    3 years of experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment  (Customer Service, Order Management or Logistics);  
•    Strong communication skills and customer-orientated mindset;
•    Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
•    Proactive, assertive and dynamic personality;
•    Experience with MS Office and ERP systems;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Good knowledge of German, Spanish, French, Portuguese will be considered as a plus.
