For the needs of our client, an American multinational investment management company, we are looking for motivated candidate for the position: Administrative Assistant

Duration: fixed-term, 6 months

  • Managing complex schedules, anticipating the needs for each meeting, and providing required materials, preparation, and transit time;
  • Travel management including the booking of transportation, hotel bookings, and connections;
  • Expense and compliance processing and tracking;
  • Handling confidential information and maintaining the security of the records and files;
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.



  • University degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Professional individual with high standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information;
  • A detail-oriented person with the ability to effectively prioritize workflow;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Fluency in the English language
