On behalf of our client, a successful international company, from the outsourcing industry, EXP Explore, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Business Improvement Analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze available data to identify patterns or changes and prepare insights summaries
  • Work together with the client to understand and consult with their business needs and challenges
  • Create informative and actionable summaries and visualizations that clearly emphasize business trends and opportunities for improvement 
  • Create improvement recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
  • Understand and communicate financial and operational impact as well as the risks for all proposed changes
  • Thoroughly understand scope of the project and assist on calls with delivery teams
  • Analyze available data to identify patterns or changes and prepare insights summaries

Qualifications:

We wish to get to know you, if:

  • are fluent in written and spoken the French language with a good level of English language command 
  • understand the organization's business objectives and goals, can perform qualitative analysis on recordings and qualitative analysis data sets for client insights
  • have the ability to interpret results and create relevant and effective insights
  • have the ability to manage and prioritize time and projects
  • have energy and enthusiasm to drive toward results
  • have excellent presentation skills
  • have good experience with Excel (charts and formulas) and PowerPoint
  • have a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or 1 year of equivalent work
  • have at least 1 year of experience in communicating and presenting data as actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • have Speech or Text Analytics experience with CallMiner, NICE, Verint, or any other Speech analytics package (preferred)
  • knowledge of PowerBI or SQL would be considered a plus
