On behalf of our client, an international automotive company in Smederevo, PKC Wiring Systems, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Senior Payroll Specialist

• Collecting and updating necessary data related to salary calculation;
• Calculating employees' wages, other income from the employment relationship as well as income outside the employment relationship;
• Calculating sick leave over 30 days, preparation of documentation for reimbursement, monitoring of reimbursed funds, communication with RFZO;
• Preparing salary estimation for the current month on a weekly basis;
• Ensuring that all salary costs are allocated in accordance with the actual engagement of employees in the observed month;
• Preparing employment and income certificates;
• Preparing earnings reports for the needs of the RSO;
• Creating earnings reports and other necessary documents at the request of clients;
• Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations;
• Ensuring data confidentiality;
• Other tasks from the scope of work in order of the immediate manager.

• 3+ years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;
• Knowledge of finance and accounting;
• Knowledge of the Law on Personal Income Tax and the Labor Law;
• Responsible, precise, and reliable person with strong analytical thinking ability;
• The communicative and team-oriented person with a developed orientation toward providing services;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
• Good command of the English language.
