On behalf of our client, an international real estate company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Belgrade: Contact Center Agent

• Managing and answering all customer calls and queries
• Presenting items, product features, and offers to all customers via a telephone conversation, email correspondence, and social media
• Resolving complaints, client inquiries, and cases within predetermined timelines
• Professionally handling customer complaints and delivering responses with efficient solutions and, when necessary, forwarding them to higher authorities
• Delivering online support to consumers with concerns
• Providing great customer service to earn customer loyalty
• Keeping a record of every call's details in accordance with normal operating practices
• Getting back to emails from clients within 24 hours; clarifying cases of service requests and giving them more information; soliciting client feedback; and treating clients with politeness, kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism
