We seek a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Regata team as Business Development Manager.

About Regata:

Regata is the leading importer and distributor of ceramic tiles in Romania. It also offers a broad portfolio that includes doors, laminate flooring, and sanitaryware. As part of its expansion strategy, we are now looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to lead its entry and growth across the Serbian market.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, while up-selling to existing ones;

  • Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets;

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with business partners;

  • Developing and implementing regional sales plans;

  • Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities;

  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction;

  • Monitoring competitor activity and developing strategic responses;

  • Reporting on regional sales performance;

  • Proposing new products and sales techniques to expand customer base and improve customer experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales in the ceramic tile market, in a distributing company;

  • Experience leading a sales team;

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft’s Office software suite;

  • Willingness and ability to travel across Serbia regularly;

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken;

  • Driving license, category B.
