For our client, Real Estate Development Company, we are looking for experienced and proactive candidates for the position: Event Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategy that takes a strategic and holistic approach to engage with our key clients and guests across all locations

  • Hosting large scale events within different locations

  • Organize family and children's activities every weekend

  • Organize and monitor our hubs and stands within shopping malls, fairs, and other locations

  • Ensure all events efficiently planned and conducted within the marketing budget

  • Ensure all events are planned thoroughly, spotting opportunities to realize strategic ambitions

  • Ensure all events achieve their objectives and hit income and contribution targets while offering great supporter experience

  • Coordinate with execution of events, conferences tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions that are taking place within the country and regional levels

  • Manage and implement Event Plans with clear goals and accountabilities

  • Assist in translating the marketing strategy into a full activity plan, liaising with the corporate communications team and other stakeholders to achieve brand objectives

  • Cooperate with marketing agencies to implement marketing plan

  • Communicate marketing briefs to agencies and evaluate their final delivery

  • Update the Marketing Activity Plan on a weekly basis

  • Complete all details for venue selection, contract negotiation, budget analysis, design elements, transportation manifests, agendas, meeting materials, etc.

  • Establish cost estimates and sales projections for all conferences and events

  • Provide logistical assistance for events on location

  • Interact with the internal client throughout the planning process and event execution to ensure expectations are met

  • Updates budget of the event to optimize costs

  • Continuously cooperates with suppliers to achieve maximum synergy in achieving the goals set

  • Communicate with all segments of the public related to the successful realization of events including participants, business partners, sponsors, technical support and others

  • Coordinate and partially create BTL activities with the agencies, with the aim of promoting the destination, change of the sentiment towards positive and increasing number of leads

  • Establish cost estimates and sales projections for all conferences and events

  • Monitor the procedure of procurement and payment for the marketing department as well as weekly update of the budget forecast versus spent

  • Liaise with BU and focal points for event requirements

  • Assist in developing and managing marketing campaigns, in coordination with the entire marketing team

  • Assist with content development of digital material, project newsletters and corporate books/brochures

  • Support sales team via organization effective sales events

  • Organize and monitor protocols for foreign delegation visits

  • Watch for the latest changes in trends, the market and the competition to determine specific event requirements and to develop innovative ideas

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful planning and executing large-scale events

  • Strong understanding of event logistics, project management, and vendor relations

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management, including negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost-effective solutions

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and external partners

  • Solid understanding of marketing and branding principles to ensure event alignment with company goals and objectives

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to handling unexpected challenges
