On behalf of our client, EDITEL ,a leading international provider of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professionals to fill in the following positions in Serbia: Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager.

Look After Existing Customers: Keep in touch with your customers regularly and make sure they’re happy and engaged.
Find New Clients: Keep an eye out for new business chances and welcome new clients to the company.
Understand Client Needs: Have chats with clients to figure out what they need and suggest the best solutions.
Give Advice to Clients: Help clients choose the right path by giving them the advice they need.
Work Well with Others: Join forces with different parts of the company, involve know-how of EDITEL Group, engage other stakeholders (ERP providers, etc) to get things done smoothly and turn client needs into results.
Check on Deliveries: Make sure solutions are delivered on time and clients are pleased and let us know how things are going.
Help Set Prices: Share your thoughts on how much our products and services should cost.
Be Part of Events and social media: Get involved in events and social media to show off our company, brands, solutions and services and make us stand out.
Know your market and competition: Be interested in standards, legislation and regulations, monitor trends, good practices, market expectations and keep an eye on the competition.
Educational Background: Whether you have a university degree or a high school diploma, your educational foundation is important to us (education in economics, computer science or similar education preferred).
Sales Experience: You should have a solid 3-5 years of experience in selling software solution and services.
Technical and System Knowledge: We expect at least basic knowledge in the field of information technologies and services, ERP or IS systems. Knowledge of EDI standards and formats (TXT, XML, EDIFACT,…), methodologies, tools and programming languages for the development of user solutions and usage of customer relationship management (CRM) is an advantage.
Business Process Insight: Familiarity with business and logistics processes will give you an edge. If you’ve worked in FMCG, logistics, or automotive sectors, that’s a plus.
Digital Skills: Excellent information literacy and understanding of information security, good use of video conferencing and meetings, and at least basic knowledge of social media...
Language Skills: It goes without saying that you are excellent at expressing yourself, both orally and in writing, in the Serbian language. Good command of English, both spoken and written and some German skills are a bonus.
Willingness to Travel: You must have a driving license and be open to travel within Serbia and occasionally abroad.
Sharp Business and Communication Skills: You’ve got a solid grasp on business, can communicate clearly, have ability to establish effective, professional and lasting interpersonal contacts and know how to hold an audience’s attention.
