For one of our clients, an international real estate development company that owns and operates multiple hospitality properties, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Contact Center Agent.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Contact Center Agent plays a key role in delivering high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally. This position involves identifying customer needs and providing accurate information about the project, as well as managing client inquiries through official social media channels. The agent is also responsible for staying up to date with product knowledge to ensure consistent and informed communication with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner

  • Identifying customers' needs and providing comprehensive information about project

  • Social media management (responding to client’s inquiries through our official social media channels)

  • Updating job knowledge by studying new products description

Requirements
  • High school diploma or university degree (preferably in Communications, Business, or related field)

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is an advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is an advantage
