For our client Veev, a producer of electro-mechanical rolling stock equipment, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying and contacting new clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.

  • Achieving defined sales targets through direct sales and negotiations.

  • Negotiating prices, quantities, product/service quality, delivery deadlines, payment methods and terms, warranties, services, and additional costs.

  • Regular communication with clients via email, phone, and meetings, including updates on new products, promotions, and services.

  • Quickly and efficiently resolving customer complaints, inquiries, and issues.

  • Building long-term relationships based on trust, loyalty, and a personalized approach.

  • Administrative tasks: receiving orders, maintaining documentation, preparing reports.

  • Monitoring the market and competition, analyzing statistical data, and studying product-related literature.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and client relations, preferably in the goods or services sector.

  • Knowledge of negotiation processes and contract finalization.

  • Understanding of the market and competition, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Preferable experience in managing administrative processes and preparing reports.

  • Communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Time management skills.

  • Accuracy and precision.
