For our client, world’s largest privately held manufacturer of orthodontic appliances, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Medical Sales Representative.

Location: Field-based (assigned territory)

Employment type: Employment contract

Responsibilities
  • Active sales and promotion of orthodontic products within the assigned territory

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients (orthodontic clinics and orthodontists)

  • Acquiring new customers and developing cooperation with existing business partners

  • Product presentations and professional consulting on offered solutions

  • Conducting sales visits in accordance with the agreed work plan

  • Order processing and ongoing cooperation with internal company departments

  • Participation in conferences, trade fairs, and training sessions organized by the company

  • Regular reporting of sales activities and customer visits in the CRM system

  • Market and competitor monitoring

  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes

Requirements
  • Minimum several years of sales experience in the medical industry

  • Experience in orthodontics is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of successful cooperation with orthodontists

  • Experience in selling premium products will be considered an asset

  • Valid Category B driving license and readiness for intensive fieldwork

  • Communicative level of English

  • High level of independence and strong organizational skills

  • Creativity, initiative, and excellent relationship-building abilities

  • Discipline, consistency, and responsibility for achieving sales targets

  • Ability to work with CRM systems and prepare regular reports
