For our client, world’s largest privately held manufacturer of orthodontic appliances, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Medical Sales Representative.
Location: Field-based (assigned territory)
Employment type: Employment contract
Active sales and promotion of orthodontic products within the assigned territory
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients (orthodontic clinics and orthodontists)
Acquiring new customers and developing cooperation with existing business partners
Product presentations and professional consulting on offered solutions
Conducting sales visits in accordance with the agreed work plan
Order processing and ongoing cooperation with internal company departments
Participation in conferences, trade fairs, and training sessions organized by the company
Regular reporting of sales activities and customer visits in the CRM system
Market and competitor monitoring
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
Minimum several years of sales experience in the medical industry
Experience in orthodontics is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of successful cooperation with orthodontists
Experience in selling premium products will be considered an asset
Valid Category B driving license and readiness for intensive fieldwork
Communicative level of English
High level of independence and strong organizational skills
Creativity, initiative, and excellent relationship-building abilities
Discipline, consistency, and responsibility for achieving sales targets
Ability to work with CRM systems and prepare regular reports
Stable employment based on an employment contract
