On behalf of our client, Ferdinand Bilstein, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Business Analyst with knowledge of Italian language.

In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our sales leadership, analyzing performance data, spotting trends, and providing actionable recommendations that drive growth and improve results. You’ll connect the dots between data and the real business world - ensuring every decision is backed by solid analysis and a deep understanding of our commercial priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards with clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Support sales leadership with daily analytical needs and decision-making processes.

  • Investigate market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Occasionally visit partners together with sales leadership to better understand their needs and identify new business opportunities for mutual benefit.

  • Identify underperforming areas in sales and propose data-driven improvement strategies.

  • Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, Logistics) to ensure business decisions are aligned and well-informed.

  • Track and evaluate sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide forecasting models and scenario planning to support sales targets and business goals.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and relevance of all data used for decision-making.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a business analysis, sales analytics, or commercial finance role (automotive or B2B industry experience is an advantage)

  • Strong business expertise and ability to understand commercial priorities

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Advanced knowledge of English language.

  • Knowledge of Italian language is a must.

  • Proven track record of turning data insights into business improvements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
