On behalf of our client, a well‑established bank, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill the following position: Compliance Officer.

• Proactively monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements, with an understanding of the broader business context.

• Enhancing internal policies and procedures in line with regulations, while also adopting practices that add value.

• Identifying compliance risks and providing recommendations for improvements that combine legality with efficiency.

• Collaborating with other organizational units and contributing to digitalization and process improvement projects from a compliance perspective.

• University degree (Law, Economics, or related field).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, control, or legal affairs.

• Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the field of financial services.

• Active command of English (B2+ level).

• Ability to work independently and make decisions, while remaining open to teamwork.
