On behalf of our client, a well‑established bank, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill the following position: Compliance Officer.
Proactively monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements, with an understanding of the broader business context.
Enhancing internal policies and procedures in line with regulations, while also adopting practices that add value.
Identifying compliance risks and providing recommendations for improvements that combine legality with efficiency.
Collaborating with other organizational units and contributing to digitalization and process improvement projects from a compliance perspective.
University degree (Law, Economics, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, control, or legal affairs.
Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the field of financial services.
Active command of English (B2+ level).
Ability to work independently and make decisions, while remaining open to teamwork.
