Due to significant business growth, we are looking for a colleague in the position:

Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Completing certificates for banks, embassies and third parties;

• Preparation of documentation for sick leave;

• Analytical monitoring of records of refunds;

• Extracting and sending payrolls (files) to banks;

• Communicating with public enforcers; settlement of debts according to solutions;

• Creating and completing statistical reports;

• Sending and packing payment slips;

• Check-in/check-out CROSO.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;

• Experience in preparation for accounting;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;

• Communicative and team-oriented person with a developed orientation towards providing services;

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and short deadlines;

• Responsible, precise, and team-oriented person;

• Desire to learn about the Labor Law; Income Tax Act; Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions;

• Good English language
